Who operates this website
PrevailingShield is a service of Income Shield Labs, LLC. This notice describes the public readiness-review website, not any future secure payroll-processing service.
What you provide
The review asks for your project situation, trade, reporting workflow and optional project location and awarding entity. When you submit, it also collects your name, company, email, optional phone, contact-time preference and consent. Answers remain in page memory until submission; leaving or reloading the page clears them. Saving a summary downloads a file to your own device.
How requests are handled
Submitted requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 so the team can respond and prepare for a readiness conversation. A reference-only notification is sent to our business inbox using Resend. The notification does not contain your form answers or contact details. Successful submission means the request was saved, not that an email was delivered or service work has begun.
Hosting and security providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, stores submitted requests and provides Turnstile abuse protection. These services may process technical request information such as IP address and browser information. Resend handles notification delivery. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary font-request information. The application does not install advertising trackers or persist form answers in browser storage.
Use and retention
Information is used to respond to your request and assess whether the proposed support fits your project. Requests remain in the intake database until the operator removes them; the application does not currently automate deletion. You may request access, correction or deletion at the email below, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell readiness-review information.
Do not submit sensitive records
Do not provide employee names, payroll registers, Social Security numbers, bank details or employee-level compensation records. This public form is not a secure payroll-record intake channel. Any later record transfer must be separately agreed. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
